Q: What are the Protocol Type (Credit/Gift etc). requirements?
Each processing institution may support a variety of transaction types. Examples would be credit, debit or gift. All supported processor modules can be licensed independent of protocol type.
Example: A Merchant that processes only credit transactions would have no need for a gift/value support.
