Yes, Monetra has been successfully PABP security-validated since the program began. Please see the references below regarding the various versions of Monetra and PABP compliance.
Note: On October 01, 2008 the voluntary, Visa run, PABP program was replaced by the mandatory PA-DSS (Payment Application Data Security Standard).

Payment Application Best Practices (PABP)
Monetra has been independently validated, by a Visa approved assessor, each of the past three years. Also, all intemitent software point releases are accounted for, as per Visa regulations, via attestations below.
