Q: How do I set Monetra to automatically settle?
  • Start Monetra Client
  • Login. If you don't commonly use the Monetra Client, use the username & password your integrating application uses to process cards.
  • Click "Admin"
  • Click :Scheduler"
  • Click "Add"
  • Click "By Day"
  • Ensure Cron Command is "Settle"
  • Hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and Click the days of the week you would like to have Monetra settle a batch. They should stay highlighted.
  • Under Cron Time enter a time in 24 hour format. You should aim for approximately 15 minutes to an hour after you will make your last possible transactions for the day.
  • Click "Add"
  • Click "Ok"
  • You should see an entry now of type "Settle"
