Q: How do I update my License (i.e. after license upgrade/renewal) ?

Update via the Monetra Installer (GUI): Windows, Mac and X-Windows (*nix) users.

  • 1. Run the Monetra Installer application.
  • 2. Click next at the email and password screen.
  • 3. Highlight the Monetra Engine row, and choose 'Update' at the top.
        (be sure to choose UPDATE, not UPGRADE)

  • 4. Run the Monetra Manager application.
  • 5. On the main 'general' screen restart Monetra by choosing Stop and Start button.

Update via the Monetra Installer Console Application: *nix users without X-Windows.

  • 1. Run the Monetra Installer application.
  • 2. Choose 'I' for Internet installation
  • 3. Enter your email and passcode (if not defaulted already).
  • 4. Enter the license ID of the Monetra Engine to upgrade
  • 5. Enter 'L' for License Update.
  • 6. Restart Monetra: # /etc/init.d/monetra restart
