Certification Analyst

What You'll Do

The Certification Analyst will work with our developers and third parties to certify various parts of the payment application. This position is integral to our continued product offerings as everything involving the payment and transaction flow needs to be certified with processors and card brands.

Day to day you'll run tests as dictated by the certification. You'll evaluate test results with the third-party test system to determine the results of these tests. You may be required to provide a detailed report and additional logging information to the in-house development team.

You'll utilize a mix of industry and in-house testing tools. Knowledge of these tools and the payment industry is not required, and training will be provided. Additional tools such as excel, email, and ticketing systems will also be used regularly.

Finally, you'll be the point of contact for the entire certification process and directly interface with the analysts for the systems we certify. As the point of contact, you will need to relay questions and answers between the in-house development team and the other party, which will include emails and conference calls.
